One of the hits of the new menu is cold kuksi soup. A traditional Korean dish expertly prepared with noodles, vegetables, meat and a light broth with a spicy touch of cilantro. This is an excellent choice for those who have long been looking for an unusual alternative to traditional okroshka.
Another delicious novelty on the menu is Ptitim with smoked trout. Israeli couscous is a small, pearl-shaped pasta served by the chef in a Mediterranean style, with a smoky hint of farm-smoked trout, cream and green butter. Very appetizing!
Especially for pizza lovers, pizza with chorizo and stracciatella has been introduced into the new menu of the Buffett restaurant: a perfect combination of Italian and Spanish products. The chorizo adds a smoky and spicy touch, while the creamy stracciatella brings the flavor to perfection.
For dessert, we definitely recommend ordering "Anna Pavlova with Mango and Passionfruit", completely prepared without the use of animal products. The meringue for the famous dessert is made from aquafaba, a vegan egg alternative that provides the same light and airy texture to the traditional meringue.
