Three Card Poker was first introduced in Dublin by the British Daric Webb in 1995. Unofficially, it has another name - poker for the lazy. Initially, the game was popular in England, and then quickly spread and took root in casinos around the world.
Three Card Poker is a type of game in which only three cards are dealt to each box, including the dealer. The game is played with a deck of 52 cards, and the number of players can vary from one to eighteen people. A maximum of 6 boxes can be played on the table.
The player can play at will on any number of boxes, with any stakes, within the minimum/maximum of the table. A player cannot return to the first box, change his mind or touch cards on the first box after he has picked up cards from the second box. From one to three people can play on one box, only one player can raise cards.
In this type of poker, in addition to the Ante bet, a bet on the Pair Plus Bonus and Pair Plus on the dealer's cards is accepted, and is an additional, optional bet.
The main goal is to beat the dealer by having a combination of three cards higher than his.
The croupier distributes cards using a shuffle machine or manually. He distributes three cards in turn to each box where there are bets, and to himself. According to the rules of this game, there are the following poker combinations that can become winning:
After the distribution and review of the cards, the players must decide on their next action: play or fold the cards. If the player decides to continue the game, he must put chips in the amount equal to one Ante on the Bet position, thereby confirming his decision.
Bets on the “Pair Plus” and “Pair Plus on Dealer's Cards” bonus can be accepted without an Ante bet, they always win and are paid out if there are appropriate combinations, regardless of the dealer's cards.
When the dealer has “No game”, Ante is paid 1:1 on the playing boxes.
In case of winning the box, Ante and Bet are paid 1:1.
If the dealer and the player have exactly the same cards, then a Stay is announced (bets do not win or lose), and if the dealer has a higher combination, then the Ante and Bet bets lose.
In case the dealer has a game and it is lower than the combination on the box, and the player has a combination from Straight or higher, Extra Ante is paid.
If the players wish to bet only on the Dealer's Pair Plus (without the main bets and the Pair Plus bets on their boxes), the deal will consist of only the dealer's three cards.
