On December 31st, Brunello restaurant invites you to a Venetian Carnival—a New Year’s Eve celebration of masks, magic, and serendipity. It was in Venice—amidst opulent palaces, carnivals, and endless entertainment—that the world’s first gambling house emerged.

There, people hid their names and titles behind masks, allowed themselves to be someone else, believed in luck, and never knew how the evening would unfold.

On New Year’s Eve, that atmosphere will come to life at Brunello. Masks, music, champagne, and a touch of mystery will kick off an evening where not everything follows a scripted plan.

A festive feast awaits, curated by celebrity brand-chef Ilya Zakharov. Seafood, delicacies, and spectacular presentations will be highlights of this grand New Year’s carnival.

The program features live performances, music, dancing, and gifts. As midnight approaches, the carnival will grow even more vibrant, leading up to the final stroke of the clock—marking the start of the New Year and the continuation of the celebration, now without masks.
