At first, "Dinner with the Chef" became one of our favorite traditions, and then it moved into the category of meetings that you look forward to "long before". In this elegant event, absolutely everything is ideal: if the conversations and music, then about the beautiful, if the menu, then only pleasure and haute cuisine.

The peculiarity of this format, so beloved by guests for a whole year of its holding, is that the star brand chef Ilya Zakharov develops a completely unique menu. And together with his main assistant in the kitchen - Artem Avtandilyan, he diligently achieves a refined taste and virtuoso presentation.

Evening menu:

• Scallop with feijoa, longan and sweet shrimp
• Amber persimmon with smoked duck, goat cheese cream and truffle snow
• Krabby patty
• Braised lamb with parsnips, pickled honey mushrooms and red wine sauce
• Baked persimmon with butter cream and tonka bean ice cream

Ticket price for a gastronomic journey: 7,000 rubles.

Guests will be arriving at 19:00.
