The peculiarity of this format, which has won the hearts of our guests, is that the talented brand chef Ilya Zakharov creates an absolutely unique menu that inspires. He and his faithful assistant in the kitchen, Artem Avtandilyan, work hard to ensure that every detail of the dish is impeccable and pleases with refined taste and virtuoso presentation. • Crispy tartlet with three types of caviar
• Tataki from akami tuna
• Pate en Croute with foie gras and pistachio
• Trumpeter with porcini mushrooms
• Calf's tongue, shimiji and inoki
• Pickled grapes and lemongrass

The cost of a ticket for a gastronomic journey: 10,000 rubles. Wine accompaniment is paid additionally and amounts to 4,000 rubles.
