Dinner à quatre mains

This will be an amazing night! Ilya Zakharov and Oleg Kolisnichenko, two virtuoso chefs, will come together at Brunello’s kitchen to create an exclusive set, à quatre mains, for special guests – for you and your loved ones.

The chefs will produce a five-course sophisticated meal making great use of local specialties. Live music and nice surprises will top the magnificent atmosphere.

• Avocado and tuna
• Ajinomoto
• Scallop with truffle sauce, pumpkin and porcini mushrooms
• Black Sea Kalkan and shrimp mousse
• Pie with lamb, quince and poultry pate
• Canolli with homemade ricotta and pistachios

Oleg Kolisnichenko, chef of the La Fabbrica Italian project, is travelling from Rostov-on-Don specially to take part in creating this dinner. The maestro’s signature style features inventive ways of serving dishes, his trade mark dynamics and a symbiosis of gastronomic cultures. The chef respects high-quality local foods and strives to emphasize their natural rich taste.

A few cool facts:

• Oleg Kolisnichenko has diplomas from L’École Ducasse (Argenteuil, Paris) and the IFSE Culinary Institute in Turin. He trained under Giancarlo Perbellini of MICHELIN 2-star Casa Perbellini (Verona, Italy), Chef Javier Aranda of MICHELIN 1-star restaurants Gaytán and La Cabra (Madrid, Spain). He studied with Chef Francesco Gotti (who coaches Italy’s national chef team) at the Francesco Gotti restaurant (Bergamo, Italy), and also trained under Jorge Vallejo, chef at Quintonil (Mexico City, Mexico).
