Artyom Avtandilyan, Brunello and Buffet restaurants

Chef at Brunello and Buffet, ambassador of pan-Asian cuisine and a virtuoso at transforming regular food into masterpieces. Artyom follows three main principles when creating his dishes: they must be true to the food’s authentic nature, be laconic and tasty.

Artyom Gul, Mantera Supreme Seaside

Artyom has worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for 18 years. He graduated from the Basque Culinary Centre in San Sebastian, was nominated for Tasty UP’s St Petersburg’s Best Chef award the HORECA Ultra Professional Competition. In 2020, he also won an award in the Best Corporate Chef championship held by the St Petersburg Cuisine Project.

Vladimir Zoteev, Mantera Supreme Seaside

He prefers flawless French classics and Italian simplicity served with a touch of genius. He loves young cheeses and sophisticated food pairings. Vladimir studied in the north of Italy and put his ideas into practice working as a chef for the biggest international HoReCa companies.

Sergey Kupriyanov, Château de Talu

The dishes offered to Château de Talu guests boast a perfect balance of tradition and innovation. Sergey’s accolades include membership of L'Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.

We are 45 km from Sochi International Airport, a drive of 30–40 minutes. Take the E97 motorway towards Krasnaya Polyana and the Krasnaya Polyana resort. Follow the route for 42 km to the resort of Krasnaya Polyana. You may leave your car on the open unguarded parking lot. Parking fees for guests are charged at the rates of the Krasnaya Polyana resort.
