A New Year Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups at Brunello

On 31 December, haute cuisine restaurant Brunello invites guests to a celebratory gastronomic dinner with some magic for grown-ups. 

Champagne will flow freely, as it should, and Ilya Zakharov’s team will prepare many enticing delicacies: deer brisket with caramelized beetroot and berries, persimmon with goat’s cheese and truffles, avocado with crab and pike roe, and other award-worthy dishes.

Meet the star residents of the night: the creative band Trio EasyTone & LOS ANGELES BAND, Moscow Show Girls cabaret and the incredible dancers of the ART-PEOPLE-SHOW. Throughout the night, a DJ will perform for our guests, company will be provided for them by a host and… Roger the White Rabbit.

Ring in this New Year in luxury, in great company and with haute cuisine in the mountains. We are already polishing the glasses and eagerly waiting for you so that the magic might most certainly happen!

New Year’s Dinner dress code: cocktail; be ready to dance all night long. The festive programme starts at 22:00. 

Ticket price per guest: RUB 40 000. 

Each table seats four so, if you buy two, you will ring in the New Year with company. If you wish, you may book a VIP-room accommodating a group of up to eight.

Brunello restaurant is located in Casino Sochi so make sure you bring your Krasnaya Polyana Gambling Zone guest card or your passport (no photocopies allowed) to register. Age restriction: 18+.

New Year’s Eve menu:

  • Butter whipped with dashi and red caviar 90 grams
  • Tartlet with caviar, sea urchin and butter cream
  • Japanese oysters
  • Assorted sashimi (Akami tuna, Hamachi salmon)
  • Persimmon with goat’s cheese and truffles
  • Sweet shrimp crudo with Abkhazia tangerine and sea urchin roe 
  • Sea urchin roe
  • Avocado with crab and pike roe
  • Russian salad with crab
  • Spinach leaf salad with beef and onion dressing
  • Spicy duck with apricot
  • Sterlet baked in black salt with caviar sauce
  • Deer brisket with caramelized beetroot and berries
  • A dessert gala: wagashi mochi, bubbly truffle ice cream, cheesecake with persimmon and lavender, and other favorites, fresh fruits and berries

The restaurant’s trade mark is the signature cuisine of executive chef Ilya Zakharov. The menu is based on fish delicacies, seafood and meat. Each dish is a true masterpiece, accompanied by impeccable service and extraordinary taste.
